Do you have a flair for dance or are you an intrigued beginner? Whatever your level of dance, consider participating in a “Merengue and Rumba Dance Lesson” on Thursday, August 16 at 6:30 pm in the Community Room of the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road.

This free, fun and dynamic dance lesson will be led by Pamela Licht, the award-winning dancer and Assistant Manager of Rogers Dance Center in Fairfield. She will teach the basic closed and open steps in Merengue and the American box-step style of Rumba as well as the international quick-quick-slow pattern. Couples and singles are encouraged to participate and partners will be rotated.

This dance lesson is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required. To sign-up, call the library at 973-226-5441 or sign-up online at http://tinyurl.com/WCPL-Events.
