Enjoy a fun and interactive living-history event at the Kingsland Manor, 3 Kingsland St. Nutley, on Sunday, October 21st from 1 to 5 pm. Watch our colonial past come to life as you and your family learn how people worked and played in pre-industrial America. See how they cooked food, dressed, made cosmetics, spun yarn, used woodworking tools, performed music, and prepared gardens. Sample a selection of foods, help churn butter, try rug braiding, learn to play colonial games, make marbles and listen to harpsichord music and popular songs.
Admission is free. Donations are gratefully accepted.
