Are you a fan of the "piano man" Billy Joel? If so, then you may want to attend the concert-lecture "Billy Joel: Songs and Stories" featuring popular pianist/vocalist Lee Glantz on Sunday, May 5 at 2:00 pm in the Community Room of the West Caldwell Public Library, 30 Clinton Road.

Glantz will perform some of Billy Joel's iconic hits from the 70's, 80's and 90's such as Piano Man, Uptown Girl, Just the Way You Are, New York State of Mind, Movin' Out, Honesty, My Life and She's Got a Way. He will also share anecdotal stories about Billy Joel's life and music career.

With his elegant, swinging and sophisticated style, Glantz has been entertaining audiences for over 30 years. He has played in some of the most prestigious hotels, piano bars, restaurants, and private event venues New York has to offer. He has performed at the St. Regis Hotel and the Rainbow Room atop Rockefeller Center in New York City and is also the resident pianist/vocalist at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, NY.

This concert, co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library, is free and open to the public, but advance registration is required. To sign-up, call the Library at 973-226-5441 or sign-up online at https://bccls.libcal.com/event/ 5167533.
