he New Jersey Department of Education has released school and district HIB grades as stated in the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights (ABR) Act. The Nutley Public Schools has posted its Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act grades to the district's HIB webpage, and to each individual school's webpage. The grades reflect the district’s and each school’s implementation of the ABR from January 2011 – June 2013.
