Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo, Jr. and Sheriff Armando Fontoura have activated "Code Blue" due to the Arctic weather in our area.
With temperatures too cold for anyone to survive living outdoors or without heat, Essex County has opened their warming centers.
