Cars seem to be crashing into buildings in the Caldwells lately.

Yesterday, at about 2:55, local eagle eyed Caldwell resident Robert Markman reported an elderly woman had an accident - which resulted in her vehicle driving into the front of the Shop Rite in West Caldwell.

Luckily no one was killed.

Only a few weeks ago, about a mile up the road, two car accidents occurred within 45 minutes of one another on Bloomfield Avenue.
One car hit a pedestrian, who recovered.

The next car, part of a 2 car incident, crashed into the wall in front of David Chad Beauty Parlor (see second photo) and missed the bench on Bloomfield Avenue and pedestrians by inches.
