FREE VACCINE PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS AT THE MONTCLAIR HEALTH

DEPARTMENT

The Montclair Health Department is pleased to offer a FREE vaccine program

for Montclair, Cedar Grove, Verona, Belleville, and Glen Ridge residents,

ages 11 years and over.

Dates for Free Vaccinations:

Wednesday, August 18

9:30 am - noon

Wednesday, August 25

1- 4 pm

Place: 63 Park St.

Date: Thursday, August 12

Time: 2:30 to 7:15 PM

Details: Appointments are preferred -please call (973)746-1800 or 1-800-

GIVE LIFE. Walk-ins will be accommodated as best as possible. Blood

drives held the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Montclair Chapter house.
