Commissioner Steven Rogers, Director of the Department of Public Affairs, in collaboration with the Fine Art Alliance of Nutley, announce plans to host the “Kingsland Manor Experience”, an interactive art show, in which artists will be creating new work as patrons walk the grounds of this famed historic site. The event will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2014 from 9:00am – 4:00pm at the Kingsland Manor, 3 Kingsland Road, Nutley. Artists will be afforded the unique opportunity to display additional works with the option to sell to the public. A suggested donation of $5.00 per person will be collected at the door, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Kingsland Manor. Complimentary refreshments will be served. The event will feature local artists of various disciplines such as photography, painting, sketches and sculpture.
